Tim's Tour: 25 Mile Trail & Road Ride

The Route
  • Enjoy a scenic tour of Pittsburgh's best neighborhoods and parks, best suited for the intermediate to advanced level rider, or beginner level riders in excellent physical condition.  Check-in opens at 8:30 a.m. with the ride departing at 9:30 a.m.
  • The route is a perfect mix of bike friendly road lanes and trails.  Designed by 3-2-1 Ride route coordinator Gray Patton.
  • Trek of Pittsburgh will provide SAG support for our riders, 412 Flock will provide marshal support, and one rest stop will be offered at The Wheel Mill, Pittsburgh's only indoor bike park!  Enjoy complimentary refreshments from Panera Bread.
  • Back at the Heinz Field Quay, enjoy a Finish Line Festival with music, refreshments and more.  The Finish Line Festival will be open from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m.
  • The fun doesn't have to stop when you leave the Finish Line Festival!  Head 0.3 miles down the trail to The Foundry Table & Tap for the Steelers game and 3-2-1 Ride special pricing.  10% of your bill will be donated to The Woiner Foundation!

Registration Details
  • Adults (Age 13 & older): $40*
  • All riders receive a moisture-wicking t-shirt, water bottle and tote bag.
  • Fundraising NOT Required For Tim's Tour.  However, Fundraising is Strongly Encouraged.  For every $50 raised you’ll receive a raffle ticket for the chance to win exciting prizes including bikes from Trek of Pittsburgh, Steelers autographed memorabilia and more!  Any rider who raises $321 will receive a limited edition 3-2-1 Ride jersey!  Plus, you'll be supporting a very important cause, as 100% of rider raised funds go directly to melanoma and pancreatic cancer research, awareness and patient support.
  • Children 12 and under will not be permitted on this ride.  Riders 13-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • *Early registration fee ends 8/14/18.  Late registration fee is $50 (8/15/18-10/12/18).  There will be NO event-day registration.

Event will go on rain or shine!  No refunds, please.  If you register and cannot attend, your entry fee will be accepted as a tax-deductible donation.

This ride is named in memory of Tim Woiner, father of the 3-2-1 Ride’s executive director Jessica Fera.  Tim lost his life to melanoma in 2010 at the age of 59.  Tim was a life-long Pittsburgher and avid cyclist who raised his children riding bikes at Ohiopyle, Moraine State Park and on trails in the South Hills.
